Each weekday of the boot camp, we’ll tackle a nutrition/fitness/health topic, one by one. It will likely require about 15-20 minutes of you time to go through each day’s material and download the tools. Then, you’ll have a few daily challenges to accomplish – everything from incorporating single-ingredient foods (whole foods) at meals, to using easy metabolism boost strategies, to drinking enough water, to scheduling your workouts – these will help you form the habits you need to change your life.
How do I know? I’ve personally worked with thousands of clients in the last 10 years on weight loss, health, and fitness goals. I’ve had an incredibly high success rate, because I’ve been willing and able to give clients direct plans to follow, with some flexibility, rather than broad recommendations or philosophical jargon.
I provide the “just tell me what to eat” meal plan. Simple.
